The Supporters Trust operate a scheme whereby members can donate on a monthly basis to help the Trust raise funds that will be invested in Livingston FC.

It operates on a similar basis to a "100 Club" and each month, one number is drawn from the total entries, and the winner will win a prize equal to fifty per cent of the total takings.

Currently, a single entry costs £5, but you may purchase as many numbers as you wish. Please state the amount in the application form.

You will need to download the form and complete all details including signature, and send this to the Trust's registered address, at c/o Crofthead Farm, Templar Rise,Livingston, West Lothian, EH54 6DG, or, pass this to any Trust Board member.

Note that the draw is made one month in arrears, so for example June's winner will be drawn at the Trust Board meeting at the end of July.
